AnnaMarie's Story

AnnaMarie suffered from frequent stomach aches, mysterious fevers, vomiting, hives, and just generally feeling unwell. She spent most mornings at the breakfast table crying, saying that she didn't feel well and that she never felt well. After discovering that I had a gluten intolerance, I decided to cut gluten out of her diet and see if it made a difference. It was amazing! She went from feeling sick all of the time to feeling much more normal. From there we embarked together on a journey of learning a new way to eat and cook. This blog is dedicated to her!
